Sharon Frazier Obituary

Sharon Kay Frazier, 47, of Ft. Lupton, Colorado, died April 16, 2009 in Springfield, Colorado after a long and brave battle with breast cancer. She was born on November 18, 1961 in Brighton, Colorado to John and Helen (Steinbach) Mildenberger. She was a 1980 graduate of Brighton High School and earned an Associates degree from Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado. Sharon married Jon Frazier on January 14, 1984 in Brighton.

Mrs. Frazier's work experience included accounting; many years working for the Adams County Clerk and Recorder; and 10 years for the Ft. Lupton School District in various positions, most recently as a library assistant at Ft. Lupton Middle School.

Sharon was a lifetime member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. She was a loving mother and wife. Sharon was always an active participant in her children's lives offering love and encouragement.

Mrs. Frazier is survived by her mother Helen Setser of Brighton; husband, Jon of Ft. Lupton, CO; daughter, Stacey (fiancee Brandon) of Denver, CO; sons, Grant and Eric of Ft. lupton, CO; brothers, Ron (Caren) Mildenberger of Eaton, CO, David (Jill) Mildenberger of Brighton, CO and Jim (Dianne) Mildenberger of LaSalle, CO; sisters, Terri (John) McClure of Brighton, CO and Laura (Steve) O'Grady of Grand River, IA. Preceded in death by her father, John Mildenberger in 1976 and brother, Larry in 1980.

A Rosary will be recited on Sunday, April 19, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, April 20, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. both at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 675 Egbert Street, Brighton. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Brighton, Colorado.
