Sharon Lee Kavadas Wilson was born November 10, 1962 in Denver, Colorado to Stephen Kavadas and Sandra Hebert. Sharon passed away at the age of 58 on Friday, July 9, 2021 after a long, but courageous battle with cancer.
Sharon is survived by her loving Husband Ron; Mother Sandy; Father Stephen (Mary); Sister Stephanie (Phil); Jake, Dayna and many Nieces and Nephews.
Sharon had a contagious smile and infectious giggle. She would "oooo and awww" at the simplest things like a snuggly blanket, a drawing from the kids, the bright colors that the nurses would paint on her fingernails and a Big Mac.
She was a beautiful woman inside and out with a heart of gold, always thinking of and giving to others ahead of herself. She was passionate about her family, her dogs, her work, her friends, baking, crocheting and Ozzy!
Sharon will be fondly remembered for many things, but especially for her love of the sunshine and old movies, including Western films and of course, The Wizard of Oz. May she be at peace, dreaming; "somewhere over the rainbow".
“Someday I’ll wish upon a star
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where trouble melts like lemon drops
High above the chimney top that’s where you’ll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow way up high
And the dreams that you dare to dream
Why, oh why can’t I?”
