William Mitsuo Okubo Jr.

William M. Okubo Jr was born on February 1, 1948. He passed away on May 7, 2025, in Brighton, Colorado.

Jr graduated from Brighton High School in 1966 and was the eldest son of Bill and Jean Okubo. Jr is survived by his mother, Jean and four siblings: Carole, Sheri, Randy and April.

Jr was a lifelong resident of Brighton and was a proprietor along with his brother, Randy of Lucky Lanes.

Jr enlisted in the Air Force and served two tours in Vietnam. After being honorably discharged, he came home to Brighton to help his brother run Lucky Lanes. Jr loved to fish and hunt and had many games he enjoyed playing; his favorites were foosball, video games and of course, bowling.

 Jr was blessed to have many lifelong friends whom he was forever grateful for! Jr will be deeply missed.
