Adele Wright Obituary

Adele Jane Wright was born December 25, 1962 in Indiana, PA. Adele’s father name was H. Keith Cribbs and her mother’s name was Ardella Cribbs, Adele was their only child. As a child she was always outgoing and loved being outside playing with her animals. A precious memory of her childhood was hunting with her dad in Colorado.

Adele received her education from Blairsville Senior High School and continued her education at Parks College, where she was awarded her Associates in Business.

She met Randy Allen in 1982 and married him on September 22, 1984 at a little church in Blairsville, PA. Memories of the marriage were having lots of fun and good times. Things were always an adventure for the two. To their union was born one daughter Rachel Hamlin, she never stopped making them proud.

A Memory from Rachel “she was the best Momma a girl could ask for. We were always laughing and going on new adventures together. She was my best friend that I talked to multiple times a day.” Adele was very fond of her son-in-law Jared Hamlin. She’s was very excepting of him and was beyond happy when he and Rachel found each other.

Her Grandchildren are Rebecca Willow and Jaydin Henry, they call her “Memom.” Memories that the grandchildren have are spending time in the kitchen baking and going on the Brighton duck hunt every year.

Adele was a Project Manager working at different places like FedEx in Henderson, CO but she worked the longest at International Paper. The memories her co-workers shared are watching soap operas on the 9” TV in the conference room and the first time she brought Rachel into the office.

In her free time she enjoyed spending time with friends and family, and crocheting. Some of Adele best friends were Stacy Suchomel, Diane Litherland, and Jamie Shope. Best remembered by her friends for the way she lit up when she spoke of her grandchildren.

Adele loved listening to Country Music, smelling roses and her favorite color was Peach.

“A rose by any other name still smells just as sweet.
The same can be said of the innate beauty distinctively you.
Your sweet caring nature always shines through.
Beauty personified inside and out.
You are my rose adding the beauty to my life.”

Her amazing smile and her laughing will be missed. Adele was the most caring, unselfish person you would ever meet.

On March 27, 2018, with her husband by her side, Adele passed away at her home in Brighton, CO.

A celebration of life will be April 14th at 1 pm at The Alli Event Center in Brighton.
