Sheila Franchesca (Mascareñas) DeLeon

Heaven gained a beautiful Angel on July 24, 2018. She was born on September 23, 1973 (44 years young) in Denver, CO to Gilbert and JoAnn (Macias) Mascarenas.

She lived in Brighton most of her life but also lived in Fort Lupton. Sheila graduated from Brighton High School in 1992. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. Sheila loved to crochet a variety of things that included hats, scarfs, baby blankets, and she made beautiful blankets for her loved ones. Sheila loved our family trips back to New Mexico where they traveled to see different attractions.

Sheila loved her family with a passion, her 3 boys and husband are her most prized possessions along with her other immediate family.

Sheila is survived by her husband Frankie DeLeon of 23 years, 3 sons; Elijah, Derick, and Jarrin, parents; Gilbert and JoAnn Mascarenas of Brighton; sister; Charmaine (Rudy) Prince of Denver, brother Steven (Jerrilyn) Mascarenas of Brighton; numerous nieces, nephews, along with numerous friends and relatives. Sheila is proceeded in death by her brother Alfred Mascarenas in 2013.

A Rosary Service will be held on Monday July 30, 2018 at 5:00 pm at St Augustine Catholic Church.

Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Tuesday July 31, 2018 at 11:00 am at St Augustine Catholic Church. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery.
